Refund policy

We want you and your pet to be happy with your order.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us at sentineloperationllc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 30 days or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us and we'll make it right.

Change of mind

Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first to get return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.

Sizing (sweaters, hoodies and boots)

Please check the size chart and measure your dog before ordering. If a size doesn't fit, contact us within 30 days and we'll help with an exchange or return.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
